The Thoughtful Producer are a motley crew of foodies, poultry pros and farming fanatics who love nothing more than to feed their flocks, both bird and human. The team are happiest when they are doing things the thoughtful way which is why, for them, ensuring that their chickens live full and long lives roaming free across rolling meadows is the right thing to do. Thoughtful Producer chickens are fabulously free range and are available as fresh, whole chickens via Ocado, or as frozen chicken and cuts from our Farm Shop.

Copas beef is derived from heritage breed cattle raised on our Cookham farm, grazing in fields and cherry orchards before being humanely processed by us.

Available fresh for Easter only, Copas lamb is reared on our farm, adhering to the same rigorous standards for welfare and quality that our famous turkeys do.
